Refunds are available in the following situations:

- the item arrives damaged during shipping

-the wrong item is sent

- the product is defective or does not match the description

!!! Refunds are not available if :

-you change your mind after purchase

-if the item is as described but you no longer want

To request a refund please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at tony@artstale.com with your order number and details about the issue .

Once approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
